RETURN, REFUND AND
EXCHANGE POLICY

(A) Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Returns:
  • Eligibility: Returns can be requested within 7 days of the delivery date if you receive defective or incorrect products. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Photographic Evidence: Capture a video or photo of the defective or incorrect product(s) and email it to us at support@gloviyo.com or send it via WhatsApp to +91 9601609864.
  • Approval and Return Instructions: Once we verify the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will also arrange for a reverse pickup and cover the shipping charges.
  • Conditions: Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Properly packaged as received during delivery.
  • Note: Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval. Ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging before shipping it back to us.
  1. Exchanges:
  • Eligibility: You may exchange unworn and unwashed items with labels and tags for a different size within 30 days (Note: 30 days is just a window frame that includes order return,pickup process time, exchange,refund or exchange delivery time process combined for a particular item, any item is supposed to be returned within 7 days of delivery only), but only in the case if you have returned the item within 7 days after the product was delivered to you and you have immediately contacted for size issue (within 10 hours after delivery)  for approval with our customer service team.
 
  • To arrange an exchange:
  • Contact us via email at support@gloviyo.com or through WhatsApp at +91 9601609864. However, we prefer Email First approach for response.
  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
  • Conditions: Returned items for exchange must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Well-packaged as received during delivery.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Digital Products: Returns and refunds for digital products are not accepted.
  • Hygiene Items: Due to hygiene concerns, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for Boxer Shorts.

(B) Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Requests: To cancel an order, contact us via email at support@gloviyo.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please mention your Name, Address, Pin Code, Order ID and Phone number in the mail only for better response from our team.
  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped from the place of origin, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product(s) is found to be incorrect or damaged, you may still raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

(C) Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and amount will be credited to your account connected to debit/credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds/ Transaction Failure:
  1. Check Your Bank Account: First, verify your bank account again.
  2. Contact Your Credit/Debit Card Company/ NPCI or UPI BHIM: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. For reference, you can also make a failed or lost UPI transaction complaint at NPCI operated by Government of India with following link: https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/upi/dispute-redressal-mechanism or contact your credit/debit card bank or company. Wait for their response.
  3. Contact Your Bank: There might be some processing time before the refund is posted. Wait for the response again.
  4. If problem still pertains by following above 3 steps, you may contact us for more information, if amount shows up in our database, we will help you further, if it does not show in our database, you will have to contact bank/ credit debit card company and ask them to handle it. That’s the best we can help you with.

(D) Miscellaneous Information

  • Size Guide: Please refer to our size guide before placing an order to ensure you select the correct size.
  • Product Colour: Be aware that the colour of the product(s) may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences. Photos in product description may not look exactly same.
  • Unboxing Video: For your protection, we recommend creating a good quality unboxing video of your parcel, especially if you receive a torn, unrelated, or empty parcel.
